Chess

Following the punks through their daily activities was the highlight of my Wisconsin break. The family is very active in homeschooling co-ops, in Green Bay and Two Rivers area. The co-ops present quality classes often taught by surprisingly high caliber instructors. The chess group has been blessed by the expertise of a nationally-rated chess player who happens to be one of the homeschool dads.

The Wright punks have been enthusiastic chess players from young ages. I won't even play Jayden now (age 8). After watching Max (age 6) and his cronies, I'm off HIS list, too! These kids are fun to observe, as well as evesdrop on their conversations during their play - check out the expressions. This is serious business.

At least most of the time...

I'm sure Max is making a strategic suggestion...
